I first contacted Andrea about her Pilates classes in March 2019. I had done Pilates before but my teacher moved onto pastures new so had been inactive for 6 months and boy did I feel it. Andrea is very organised and responds to enquires straight away.
My first experience at the Wesham class was very positive. She is very down to earth, funny and her classes are never boring as she never does the same class twice.
Once COVID-19 hit and it became clear we were going nowhere she set about moving her classes online and what a success that has been. She has put her heart and soul into delivering these classes 2-3 times a week and I know it has kept me going at this stressful time.
I am almost 63 not very fit and have long standing bursitis in my hip, fatigue caused by under active thyroid & fibromyalgia but these classes do me the world of good.
Andrea works at all levels and is great at explaining & demonstrating so it is very easy to follow and work at whatever level is right for you. We do restorative Pilates, trigger point Pilates & strength Pilates which all have different benefits. If you are considering trying Pilates look no further. Janette
Andrea's on-line classes are fun and as challenging as you want them to be with her three position approach. Andrea is always concerned about the safety aspect of doing Pilates at home and I have really looked forward to her two classes per week and one extra which can pop up on any day at any time.
Andrea keeps in regular touch and her classes give you a wonderful Pilates workout and help to keep you mentally sane in these difficult times. Hilary.
